About the role

Early Years Educators are highly trained professionals who ensure the safe and healthy development of young children in a range of childcare settings. Work independently, as part of a professional team, or supervising others in the workforce to deliver Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. Use your knowledge of a range of underpinning theories and philosophical approaches to influence your practice on how children can efficiently learn and develop. Duties include supporting children in numeracy and language skills through play-based learning, plan and supervise child initiated and adult led activities, shape the learning experience of each child through educational curated content, and, with additional experience, manage an early years setting.
